Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee for Opened Items: If a returned item has been opened or used, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. This fee helps cover repackaging and inspection costs.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
